What is the engagement model — staff augmentation, BPO or project-based?
Mostly dedicated remote teams (staff augmentation): you hire a seat full-time, on your tools and standups, billed monthly per seat. We also run BPO-style engagements (customer support, sales ops, finance) when a managed function suits the workload better, and project-based delivery for fixed-scope work. We will recommend the model on the scoping call.
What does it cost?
Pricing is a flat monthly fee per seat in USD, varying by role and seniority. As a benchmark, dedicated technical seats typically save 60-70 percent versus an equivalent US or UK in-house hire all-in, and back-office seats save more. No setup fees, no per-incident charges. How fast can a new team member be on the desk?
Most roles fill in two to four weeks from signed proposal. Niche technical roles (senior platform engineers, security leads, ML specialists) may take longer, but we will tell you up front. Urgent reqs flagged at kickoff move to the top of the desk.
Who is the team employed by? What about taxes and compliance?
The team members are employed by our delivery operator, who handles local employment, payroll, benefits and statutory compliance in the country where each person is based. You contract with us for the service, not with the individual, which keeps the engagement clean from a tax and IP perspective.
How do you handle IP, security and confidentiality?
Every team member signs an NDA and IP-assignment clause before they touch your work. We can mirror your security posture: SSO / SAML, MDM-enrolled devices, VPN-only access, audit-logged code repos and zero-trust tooling. SOC 2 / HIPAA / ISO-aware engagements are routine.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
If a team member doesn't fit, we replace them at no cost. Performance check-ins are weekly during the first 90 days and monthly after, run by your dedicated account manager. There is no per-incident replacement fee, ever.
Can we scale up or down quickly?
Yes. The engagement is structured for elastic scale. Add or remove seats with notice as your roadmap changes, or pause an engagement entirely if priorities shift. We will recommend the right notice period for your situation in the proposal.
