How we structure an engagement

Outsourcing only works when the engagement is structured properly up front. Skip the discovery and you spend three months on rework. Get it right and the savings compound.

1. Scoping call (30-45 minutes)

We map the role, the workflow, the tools, the standards, the working hours, the volumes and the start date. For technical roles we go deep on the stack, the team and the bar. For back-office roles we map ticket volumes, peaks, SLA expectations and escalation paths.

2. Written proposal

Within a few working days you receive a written proposal: role spec, recruitment plan, location recommendation, seat-level monthly pricing in USD, onboarding timeline, KPI structure and SLAs. Nothing hidden, nothing margin-padded.

3. Sourcing and vetting

We source against your spec, vet to a real technical or operational bar, and send you the top two or three candidates per seat. You interview the finalists. We handle contracts, equipment, IT access and onboarding playbooks.

4. Onboarding and ramp

Each team member is onboarded against your tools, processes and tone of voice over a structured first two weeks. Your account manager is present in standups, retros and any escalation channels during ramp.

5. Run and scale

Weekly performance check-ins during the first 90 days, monthly after that. Replacements at no cost if needed. Scale up, scale down, or pause with notice as your roadmap shifts.

Engagement models we support

  • Dedicated team / staff augmentation: seats billed monthly, working on your tools and standups. The most common model.
  • Managed service / BPO: we own the workflow against your SLAs (customer support queues, sales operations, finance ops). Reported on weekly.
  • Project delivery: fixed scope, fixed timeline. Best for one-off integrations, migrations and discrete builds.
  • Hybrid: a dedicated technical team plus a managed back-office function, billed together with a single account manager.

Engagements we deliberately do not take on

Onshore-only regulated work that cannot be done remotely. Roles where the candidate must have a US security clearance. Pure executive search above C-suite. We will tell you within one call if we are not the right fit and, where useful, point you to a partner agency that is.
